In the confirmation email, and under My Tickets in the Platinumlist app with the account you booked on. If it is not in either, check the spam folder first, then contact support with your order number.
Ticket transfer is being confirmed with SAFF for this competition. Until it is, treat a ticket as belonging to the person named on the order.
Refund rules are set per competition and are being confirmed with SAFF. Where a match is cancelled outright, tickets are refunded in full to the original payment method.
